Of course! You can have one design on the front and one at the back at no extra cost. Also, for every batch of 2,000 fresheners in your order you can have a custom shape, fragrance and design at no extra cost. For example: a 10,000 freshener order could have five completely different fresheners each with their own shape, design and fragrance. If you have a specific project in mind contact us and we will work out the best way to produce your order.
Absolutely. You can have any shape at NO EXTRA COST when you order 2,000 or more. The templates on our website are our most popular shapes and there to make ordering easy as well as to provide inspiration! If you order 500 fresheners custom shapes not available at all. Custom shape on order 1,000 available for £30 plus VAT.
Don’t worry, we always provide a final soft proof before printing to make sure the design of the air freshener is as you intended. All you have to do is send us your file using the upload file option on our contact page – we will check it for you and get back to you straight away.
The maximum size for fresheners of any shape is 70 mm x 100 or 80 mm x 80 mm; if you have the image as your background this maximum image size is 73 mm x 103 mm or 83 mm x 83 mm. Sizes maximum limit to make sure the fresheners are affordable, they do not distract the driver , and also suitable to our packaging machine.
Our talented and experienced team can work almost from all file formats to produce the design you wish to use! However, if you would like to provide your own design print-ready file, we would prefer PDF files in vector format, CMYK colour mode, all fonts outlined (some programs call this fonts converted to curves) and cutting outline correctly placed on top of your artwork. We always provide a final soft proof before printing to make sure the design is how you intended.
For orders of 500 fresheners, you are limited to one fragrance. Orders for 1,000 fresheners can include second fragrance for free. Large orders can have a different fragrance for every batch of 1,000 fresheners in the order. At extra cost we might provide more variation of perfumes within orders, just us ask.
Once opened, our fragrances can last up to 14 days* or more under the right conditions. We ensure that the maximum amount of the highest quality fragrances is absorbed into the freshener during production, but how long the fragrance lasts once opened depends on a number of environmental factors. On average, we get feedback from our customers that they have a pleasant smell of fragrance for at least 14 days or more. Tip… If you only remove part of the wrapper, the fragrance can last up to four weeks! Left unopened in a cool, dry place, the fresheners can be stored for 2 years or more.

Direct sunlight – If the car is in direct sunlight, the fragrance may only last a week, this is because the sun melts the fragrances at a faster rate. Car heaters – Regular use of the heater will also ‘melt’ the fragrance quickly, reducing its lifetime. Dirty cars and smoking – pollutants can reduce the length of time a freshener lasts too, as can frequently driving with the windows open.
